WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement in response to the U.S. District Court rejection of a lawsuit from a coalition of state attorneys general to block the T-Mobile-Sprint merger:
