WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following remarks on Feb. 11 at the Environment and Climate Change Subcommittee hearing entitled, "EPA's Lead and Copper Rule Proposal: Falling Short of Protecting Public Health":
