WASHINGTON, Feb. 11 -- Rep. Joseph Morelle, D-New York, issued the following statement in response to President Trump's fiscal 2021 budget request:
"A budget is a statement of priorities - and it's clear from his proposed budget that this President simply does not understand or prioritize the needs of everyday families.
"The President proposes significant cuts to Medicaid, food stamps, and the Children's Health Insurance Program--all of which would jeopardize . . .
