N.Y. State Comptroller DiNapoli: State Should Recoup $11.7 Million From Special Education Contractors

ALBANY, New York, Feb. 8 -- New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli issued the following news release:

State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli announced his auditors found a total of $11.7 million in costs that should be recouped after examining eight preschool special education providers.
