WASHINGTON, Feb. 8 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, issued the following joint statement:
Representatives Phil Roe (R-Tenn.), Joseph Morelle (D-N.Y.), Van Taylor (R-Texas) and Donna Shalala (D-Fla.) released the following statement in response to legislation introduced by Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal (D-Mass.) and Ranking Member Kevin Brady (R-Texas) on surprise medical billing:
