ALBANY, New York, Feb. 7 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following transcript:
Alan Chartock: I want to talk to you about something special that's going on between you and the Trump Administration and it has to do with the Department of Homeland Security will not allow New York residents to enroll in the Trusted Traveler programs like Global Entry because of New York's Green Light Law.
