NEW YORK, Feb. 7 -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics - New York-New Jersey Regional Information Office issued the following news release:
Fatal work injuries totaled 73 in 2018 for New York City, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported. Chief Regional Economist Martin Kohli noted that the number of work-related fatalities in New York City declined by 14 from the previous year. Fatal occupational injuries in the city have ranged from a high of 191 in 199 . . .
