NEW YORK, Feb. 7 -- The New York Immigration Coalition issued the following statement:
President Donald Trump announced an expansion of the travel ban to include Burma, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Sudan, and Tanzania. Immigrant visas were restricted for Kyrgyzstan, Burma, Eritrea, and Nigeria. Sudan and Tanzania have diversity visas suspended. Non-immigrant visas were not affected.
