CONCORD, New Hampshire, Feb. 7 -- The Marijuana Policy Project issued the following news release:
On Thursday, the New Hampshire Senate passed a bill in a voice vote that would allow patients and caregivers to grow a limited supply of cannabis. SB 420 will now proceed to the House of Representatives, which has passed similar legislation in the past with strong majority support.
SB 420 would allow possession of three mature plants, three immature plants, and 12 seedling . . .
