WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 -- Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Michigan, issued the following statement on Feb. 6 regarding the Senate vote to acquit President Trump on charges of abuse of power and obstruction:
"Senate Republicans have failed our country and the American people. By acquitting President Trump, they have condoned his abuse of power, corruption, and bribery.
