ALBANY, New York, Feb. 6 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced a series of additional actions to encourage financial investments in communities in Puerto Rico and to support residents facing financial hardship after recent earthquakes that devastated the Island.
