ALBANY, New York, Feb. 5 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release:
This week, Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul led a delegation from New York to Puerto Rico, including bilingual mental health professionals and State building inspectors, to visit and provide support and assistance earthquake affected areas in the towns of Penuelas, Guayanilla and Yauco.
