ALBANY, New York, Feb. 3 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release on Feb. 2:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced the deployment of 26 bilingual mental health professionals and 25 state building inspectors to Puerto Rico to assist in the recovery efforts as the island continues to recoup from a string of devastating earthquakes.
