ALBANY, New York, Feb. 3 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following transcript on Feb. 2:
We wanted to give you an update on developments with the coronavirus. As you know there have been about 14,000 reported cases of the coronavirus worldwide, about 305 reported deaths.
