ELMIRA, New York, Jan. 31 -- The New York State United Teachers issued the following news release on Jan. 30:
New York State United Teachers is visiting schools in the Southern Tier and Mohawk Valley to draw attention to the severe impact a lack of state funding has had on schools statewide.
