ALBANY, New York, Jan. 31 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release on Jan. 30:

Following his trip to Poland where he attended events commemorating the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, Governor Andrew M.
