NEW YORK, Jan. 31 -- Wolters Kluwer Health issued the following news release:
Wolters Kluwer announced the nomination of Dr. Sophie Vandebroek for appointment to its Supervisory Board. The nomination will be submitted to the Wolters Kluwer Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 23, 2020. Ms. Vandebroek will succeed Ms. Fidelma Russo who stepped down from the Supervisory Board at the end of 2019.
