NEW YORK, Jan. 28 -- The New York Immigration Coalition issued the following news release:
Yesterday, in a 5-4 vote the Supreme Court of the United States granted the Trump administration's request to stay the previously issued federal injunction that blocked the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) public charge rule from going forward. The Court's decision on Monday, January 27, 2020, lifts the federal injunction and allows the administration's changes to go forward.
