WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 -- Rep. Brian Higgins, D-New York, issued the following news release:

Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26) announced federal grants totaling $95,000 through the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) for the following six local organizations: Arts Services Initiative of Western New York, Albright-Knox, Squeaky Wheel Film & Media Art Center, Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, CEPA Gallery, and Explore Buffalo.
