PIERRE, South Dakota, Jan. 29 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release:
Governor Kristi Noem sent the final version of her anti-rioting legislation to legislators, tribal leaders, state's attorneys, and other stakeholders.
