BROOKLYN, New York, Jan. 28 -- Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams issued the following statement on Jan. 27:
"On this 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp, we reflect on the unimaginable horrors of the Holocaust and recognize the bravery and resilience of our Jewish brothers and sisters and what they endured during those dark days. We can never forget.
