WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 -- Rep. Jack Bergman, R-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Congressman Jack Bergman submitted an official comment to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regarding unmet transportation needs in rural America. In response to DOT's request for information related to the agency's Rural Opportunities to Use Transportation for Economic Success (ROUTES) initiative, Rep. Bergman outlined some of the challenges faced in rural Michigan communities.
