VERMILLION, South Dakota, Jan. 28 -- The University of South Dakota issued the following news:
Jacob Kerby, Ph.D., associate professor of biology, is the sixth recipient of the Truman and Beverly Schwartz Distinguished Faculty Award at the University of South Dakota.
The Schwartz Award, presented every third year, provides annual financial support for the scholarship, teaching and service of a tenured professor whose record and promise of achievement are exceptional.
