ALBANY, New York, Jan. 23 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release on Jan. 21:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo outlined the FY 2021 Executive Budget, advancing a clear vision and bold, nation-leading and historic actions to make progress happen in the State of New York.
