INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Jan. 23 -- The Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice issued the following statement on Jan. 22 by Leslie Hiner, vice president of legal affairs, regarding oral arguments heard at the Supreme Court in Espinoza vs. Montana Department of Revenue:
