WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 -- Rep. Brian Higgins, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26) announced that the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Program has awarded almost $12.3 million in federal funding to Western New York organizations to assist in their mission to end homelessness in the region.
