PEARL RIVER, New York, Jan. 23 -- Orange and Rockland Utilities issued the following news release:
Work on Rockland Electric Company's electric reliability improvement project to underground 3.2 miles of transmission line from Old Tappan through Norwood to Closter will require completely closing a 980-foot section of Blanch Avenue in Closter and Norwood to all traffic between Livingston Street and West Street, beginning on or about Monday, January 27 and lasting through May.
