ST. JOSEPH, Michigan, Jan. 22 -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Michigan, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representative Fred Upton (R-St. Joseph) presented U.S. Army veteran Steven Gordon of Niles with the Combat Infantryman Badge in honor of his service in the Vietnam War. Gordon served with the Company B, 2nd Battalion, 8th Cavalry, 1st Cavalry Division (Airmobile) in Vietnam from 1967 to 1968.
The CIB is awarded to infantrymen who fought in active ground combat and perf . . .
