OAK RIDGE, Tennessee, Jan. 14 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management issued the following news release:
The skyline at Oak Ridge's East Tennessee Technology Park (ETTP) (https://www.energy.gov/orem/cleanup-sites/east-tennessee-technology-park) continually changes as EM (https://www.energy.gov/em/office-environmental-management) completes demolitions.
But when buildings come down, the work is not quite finished: concrete slabs rem . . .
