Daemen College: Study Finds Parent-Set Bedtimes Linked to Better Teen Mental Health

Teens who are not getting sufficient sleep are more likely to suffer from symptoms of depression, a result that can be mitigated when parents enforce bedtimes with adolescent children, according to new research led by a Daemen College professor.
