WACO, Texas, Jan. 18 -- The Texas Farm Bureau issued the following statement on Jan. 16 by President Russell Boening on vote by the Senate approving the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act (H.R. 5430):
"Today is a positive day for Texas farmers and ranchers. The approval of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) by the U.S. Senate and, now, Congress, represents an important step in the economic recovery of American agriculture.
