WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following statement on Jan. 16:
The United States Senate overwhelmingly passed the United States-Mexico- Canada Agreement (USMCA), sending the agreement to President Trump for signature. This trade agreement is projected to raise GDP by nearly $70 billion and create upwards of 200,000 American jobs.
