WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- Rep. Peter A. DeFazio, D-Oregon, chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, and Rep. Rick Larsen, D-Washington, chairman of the Subcommittee on Aviation, issued the following statements regarding the report on the certification process for the Boeing 737 MAX:
