BLOOMINGTON, Illinois, Jan. 17 -- The Illinois Soybean Association issued the following statement on Jan. 15 by President Doug Schroeder in response to the phase one trade deal between U.S. and China:
"We have a hopeful attitude today as we look at these trade negotiations. We are optimistic that the day will come when we fully restore our vital trading relationship between the U.S. and China. I can't underscore enough how much long-term trade stability with one of our top cust . . .
