WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Finance Committee, issued the following statement on the announcement of a proposed rule by the Trump administration that would remove existing U.S. Health and Human Services Department's requirements that faith-based providers let individuals know alternative providers are available to access services:
