WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Finance Committee, issued the following statement on phase one of the U.S.-China trade deal:
"Addressing China's lengthy track record of predatory commercial practices -- including intellectual property theft, forced technology transfer and economic espionage -- is critical for American workers.
