WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 -- Rep. Don Bacon, R-Nebraska, issued the following statement after voting yes on the Protecting Older Workers Against Discrimination Act (H.R. 1230):
"This legislation sets the burden of proof for age discrimination in employment-related disputes on an equal level with other forms of workplace discrimination.
