WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 -- Rep. Will Hurd, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representative Will Hurd (TX-23) continued his fervent support for our nation's seniors by helping pass out of the House the Protecting Older Workers Against Discrimination Act (H.R. 1230). Rep. Hurd was an original cosponsor of this bipartisan bill, which strengthens age-based discrimination protections for employees over the age of 55 to ensure fair treatment in the workplace.
