AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 16 -- The Texas Department of Agriculture issued the following statement:
"The "Phase One" trade deal with China is huge Texas-sized news for American farmers and ranchers. It is the beginning of a new era for American trade with China and a great step forward for American agriculture.
