LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Jan. 15 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following news release on Jan. 14:
The lock closure schedule identified in Navigation Notice No. SWL 19-88 has changed as shown below. The locks listed below will be closed to navigation traffic 24 hours daily for the dates specified. Sediment will be removed from the lock sills and hydrographic surveys will be performed in the center post receiver areas.
