NEW YORK, Jan. 16 -- Hearst issued the following news:
Hearst announced that Dame Glenda Bailey is stepping down as editor-in-chief of Harper's BAZAAR after nearly 19 years in the role. Effective March 1, Bailey will become a global consultant at Harper's BAZAAR, which has 29 editions around the world. The announcement was made by Hearst President and CEO Steven R. Swartz and Hearst Magazines President Troy Young.
Bailey will preside at the February 28 opening in Paris . . .
