Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following remarks on Jan. 14 at a House Environment and Climate Change Subcommittee hearing entitled: "Promoting American Innovation and Jobs: Legislation to Phase Down the Use of Hydrofluorocarbons":
