WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, ranking Republican member of the House Veterans' Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on the House passage of a resolution (H.J.Res. 80) to approve a request from the Department of Veterans Affairs to pursue a pilot program to increase veteran access to dental care:
