WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-New York, issued the following statement on her vote against the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement:
"I plan to vote against President Trump's USMCA agreement.
"President Trump's USMCA deal may be slightly better than NAFTA, but let's be clear: That's not good enough.
"Bad trade deals, including NAFTA, hollowed out upstate New York's manufacturing industry. I don't believe this agreement will revers . . .
