Sen. Alexander Issues Statement on Labor Department's Final Joint-Employer Rule

WASHINGTON, Jan. 14 -- Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tennessee, chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, issued the following statement on Jan. 13 on the Labor Department's final rule on the joint employer standard:
