WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 -- Rep. Kevin Brady, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Ways and Means Committee, issued the following statement in response to the Labor Department's December 2019 jobs report:
"Two years after passing the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the U.S. economy has now created 3.2 million more jobs than projected before President Trump's tax reform. 145,000 jobs were added last month, wage growth remains solid, and unemployment continues at a 50-year low.
