LOUISVILLE, Kentucky, Jan. 11 -- The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis issued the following news release:
The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has announced the following changes to its Louisville Branch board of directors, effective Jan. 1:
Emerson M. Goodwin, vice president of operations at KentuckyCare in Paducah, Ky., has been appointed to fill the unexpired portion of a three-year term on the board. He will also serve as board chair.
