CONROE, Texas, Jan. 10 -- Rep. Kevin P. Brady, R-Texas, issued the following statement after voting against War Powers Resolution (H. Con. Res 3), a partisan resolution that emboldens Iran and jeopardizes America and allies abroad:
"The President has the legal and constitutional authority to eliminate a terrorist who has taken the lives of hundreds of Americans, and who was planning imminent attacks on countless more.
"This toothless resolution is nothing mor . . .
