WASHINGTON, Jan. 10 -- Sens. John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, and and Tom Carper, D-Delaware, chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, issued the following statements after the Senate unanimously passed America's Conservation Enhancement Act:
