WASHINGTON, Jan. 10 -- Rep. Peter DeFazio, D-Oregon, issued the following statement on Jan. 9:
Chair of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Peter DeFazio (D-OR) responded to the Trump Administration's decision to move forward with a rule to enable Federal agencies to no longer consider the environmental effects of infrastructure projects.
